DVTC SUMMER SAILING BY...

Well, the summer continues to progress at the speed of a Ben Shelton first serve! Our second Potluck/Social/Doubles event has come and gone. What a wonderful, relaxing, time was had with great food, great people, great weather, and great tennis. Our memories briefly recalled the storms that accompanied last summer’s socials as we thanked the weather gods for this summer’s good weather!

   As indoor schedules and plans begin to surface, we can only continue to push back against the impending arrival of fall by continuing to play at the beautiful oasis that is DVTC! Fortunate are we members who have access to this beautiful facility, at times bustling with tennis activity and at other times quiet and serene. Gentle breezes cool us as we sit on the clubhouse porch watching others play or gazing upon empty courts being gently watered.

    Our moments at DVTC are some of the nicest memories of summer.
