MIDWAY THRU THE 2026 SEASON AT DELAWARE VALLEY TENNIS CLUB

    How quickly the summer days pass us by, days this summer of heat, humidity, smoke from wild fires… but days of wonderful tennis and camaraderie at DVTC!

    Even though we’ve had to, at times, adjust start times due to weather conditions, the members of this little known gem of outdoor tennis continue to bask in the experience of playing on one of the twelve courts at this quiet oasis of tennis in Huntingdon Valley, Pa.

   The courts, a har-tru like “soft” surface, are wonderfully maintained and play ready. The members, as part of this member-owned and maintained club, participate in this care with brushing before & after play.  

   Pros continue to provide opportunities for lessons and clinics, while the club continues to support youth tennis through hosting USTA tournaments as well as providing a venue for high school teams to play some matches in the spring and fall.

   With one potluck social/doubles event in the rearview mirror and one soon to come, we continue to be thankful for this quiet and beautiful setting as well as the people who play on the courts with us and beside us.
